Autarch Ayman is the supreme leader of the IRS alongside his wife and fellow Autarch, Michelle. Being the first Autarch in Singaporean history and having founded all of the IRS's political, economic, social and military systems, Ayman is revered for generations by Singaporeans as a visionary, ambitious, and heroic leader whose resolve to make Singapore a greater nation was infallible and his love for his country absolute. His own government holds high regard of him for his remarkable achievements in keeping Singapore stable and united, while the members of Central Command respects his sense of honour and skill in commanding a military. He is also credited with the creation of the Nationalistic Philosophy, a set of patriotic ideals which has been deeply rooted in all levels of Singaporean society to the point of becoming a social norm itself.
