Description

Project GENEVA was initiated by Central Command to commence research, development and manufacture of humanoid automatons for military use in combat in 2068, using salvaged wrecks and captured intel on the UN's Metalloid walkers to start off. GENEVA eventually spawned multiple generations of these human-like piloted robots, designated as 'Autoframes', with each generation being better, faster, more agile and more advanced than their predecessors. They were designed to be versatile, adaptive and above all extremely mobile weapon platforms, capable of performing fluid human-like movements and going at fast speeds while packing firepower. The new line of GENEVAs, known as the 4th Generation, are first inaugurated with the extensive overhaul and upgrades of the 3rd generation Autoframe G-33s, outfitting them with more smooth and responsive hydraulic systems, an advanced Thermo-Plasma Gneerator for power and Plasma Turbine Drives for propulsion and they were eventually rebuilt with better armor and shield systems. This rebuilt autoframe was eventually known as the G-33A, and is the first 4th Generation GENEVA that will lead the way for the other 4th Generation autoframes, incorporating new technological advancements alongside the more powerful weaponry being built for their usage.

The G-34 'Armageddon' was originally a 3rd Generation in prototype stage, designed as a powerful long-range siege Autoframe to replace both the inadequate G-33 Ballista Artillery Flypack Variant and the aging G-27 'Benhzo', a 2nd Generation autoframe. It's original specifications and older autoframe technology made it an almost immobile weapon platform, barely capable of walking normally and without any sort of flight capability. That was, until the G-33A was developed, allowing new advanced technology and production methods to be introduced for subsequent GENEVA 4th Generation models. The G-34 was redesigned to incorporate all these new technologies and eventually became a highly mobile, agile and heavily armored weapons platform, while packing a huge amount of firepower as well. Though relatively less fast and agile as the G-33A due to the heavy armor plating and nature of its loadout, it is still considerably mobile, with its fluid hydraulics and a Direct Neural Connection Control piloting system allowing the autoframe to pull human or even extrahuman movements on the fly. Powered by an advanced and stable Thermo Plasma Generator, the G-34 can last long in foreign environments and possesses a highly long range before needing to recharge. It can also make use of various Flypacks, mobile weapon carrier vehicles, making it possible for the pilot to change weapon loadouts on the fly without returning to base.

The G-34 possesses an extensive arsenal of weapons at its disposal, most of them being long-range and devastating in nature to obliterate highly-armored targets and eliminate concentrated forces in one go. When not docked to any Flypack, it has a pair of 50mm CROWS Autocannon in its 'head' for laying suppressing fire and intercepting incoming projectiles, as well as two Beam Sabers for melee combat, with each Saber mounted on the side of its 'waist'. The highly mobile nature of the G-34 and the effectiveness of the Sabers allows the pilot to engage enemy mechs with ease despite its heavier loadout and armor. These are its basic weapons, and it has more at its disposal with a Thermal Bolt Repeater and a RFM-2 Missile Pod mounted on the either shoulder, as well as a Thermo Assault Cannon mounted on either wrist. These weapons further enhance the firepower of the G-34 alone, without its Flypack mounted on.

The standard Flypack of the G-34 is the Devastator Flypack. The Devastator gives the G-34 its ultimate punch; the HKEL-GRME T-333 Heavy Particle Accelerator Cannons. Each fires a stream of destructive high energy particles that can produce differing after effects depending on the particle density set by its firing mode prior to charging and release of the beam. A low particle density makes the beam thinner, travel faster and when it hits a target it cleanly penetrates through and continues until it has lost all of its energy, making it a precise firing mode. A high particle density however, makes the beam larger, hugely concentrated in both energy and matter in high-level states, and when it impacts on a target it does not penetrate but rather the consistency of the beam collapses and all the energy and highly energetic particles are dumped and splashed all over the target itself, causing a very violent explosion and immediate destruction of the target or area. Possessing long range of fire and firepower, the HPAC makes an excellent choice not only for siege operations, but also for fire support for other units, taking down heavily armored targets, like mechs, disabling enemy shielding and laying down a suppressing blanket of fire to pin down the enemy. The Devastator Flypack also provides extra propulsion and a Heavy Duty Shield for defending itself. The shield is highly capable of deflecting powerful kinetic and energy-based attacks.
