How it is run: Even though officially named a Neo-Marxist government, how it operates is basically a military dictatorship. Surprised by the large amount of resistance from Singaporean Loyalists after its formation, Seth Gjorner's regime then established a totalitarian system to keep the people in check. This administration gives Seth absolute executive power over everything, from the military to daily aspects of life. The objective in the end is to establish a Marxist superpower that would replace the IRS and spread its ideology across the universe. By any means possible.

MILITARY POWER: 2100s

- Though smaller than the IRS's military, the Separatists are still a formidable force capable of challenging the Singaporean Republic due to their superior technology developed secretly before its official formation. Human personnel number in less than hundred billions and numerous fleets of inexpensive droids have been manufactured to make up for their lack of manpower. These droids all total up to around 500 billion and still counting.

-Currently in decline due to major losses against the highly-determined and more patriotic IRS soldiers, especially when Loyalists are still conducting skirmishes to destabilise the Separatist regime.

RELIGIOUS BELEIFS: True to the Marxist dogma, Separatists are atheists and religion is banned by the regime.

MONETARY SYSTEM: Marxist Model, Centralised Regulated Economy

-Any form of capitalist ideas such as private bushinesses and banks are outlawed. All industries are controlled by the government and people are paid in ration cards rather than money.  

ANY OTHER MAJOR INFO POINTS ABOUT YOUR EMPIRE:

- The Separatists are enemies with the Interstellar Republic of Singapore.

- Seth Gjorner, the leader of this faction, is actually an agent of the Red Serpents, a pirate faction made up of various outlaws, bandits, mercenaries and war veterans who have served many in the IRS's major wars only to defect after and oppose the Republic. Scientists rejected by IRS's academies for psychopathic tendencies also side with the Red Serpents and have provided their genius to produce many of the advanced technology the Separatist use now.

-The Marxist hardliners do not realise that they are puppets of the Red Serpents.  

CLASS SYSTEM: Officially none, though in reality the Separatist actually do have classes.

Presidency: Or otherwise also known as The Dictator, this is where the one man leader stands basking in all his glory. Seth Gjorner is the sole member in this class.

Revolutionaries: Closest and the most trusted members of Seth's administration. Most of them are ministers, but some of them serve as military commanders and commissars.

Managers: Those who lead workers and supervise them in their work.

Workers: The backbone of the Separatist Union, they make everything from agricultural crops and machinery to military weapons and munitions. They are glad to work for the state and their Comrade Seth, or forced at least to anyway.

SETTLEMENT OF CITIES:

1) Drones will scan the area's terrain, weather and mineral composition in order to deem its value.

2) Drones will then check for any existence of a indigenous civilisation inhabiting or controlling the assigned area.

3) Once done, an appropriate military strike force will secure the area, even if its means they have to kill the locals there.

4) Military bases will be established, and construction materials for the city will be shipped along with workers and their equipment.

5) The city is then built according to design.

The Separatist are beginning to lose their war against IRS forces despite having the superior technology and they need to find new resources to use in order to turn the tide. They have stumbled across the Ancerious Galaxy and found uranium-rich planets. However, the presence of many empires and their nemesis, the IRS, has forced them to secure alliances with the Insurgents in order to ensure their safety, at least until they are powerful enough.
