There is a powerful human empire that spread throughout the stars known as the Interstellar Republic of Singapore. They have currently held millions of planets under their rule and all credits could be said to have been gone to their unstoppable war machine which is the Military itself. The Military have protected countless number of citizens from foreign invasion by aliens or enemies from within for nearly century and this limitless acheivements can be credited to their fleets of determined and patriotic troops that dedicate their service to protect the people and the Republic's interest.

It is now 2097. There is now a threat known as the Red Serpent Faction. This faction is bent on using terrorism to overthrow the Republic and establish a communist rule in the universe. However due to their failure in beating the superior firepower and tactics of their opponents, they are slowly losing a great deal of assets required for their cause. So, they bribed several Planetary System Governors to produce their required equipment and form an army in exchange for promised power. Puppet Governors were also placed in charge of systems and were waiting for the order to start a rebelion against the IRS. Soon, the order came out and the systems under the influence of the Red Serpents declared independence and forcefully push out the IRS Attached Forces from their planets and formed the Seperatist Movement. The Seperatists gathered their forces that were secretly built from the watchful eye of IRS forces and begin invading several systems that were loyal to the Republic.

The Urian System stands in the 2nd Outer Rim. It is important to the Republic for the uranium-rich and plutonium-rich mines of Urian I provide the necessary ingredients for making nuclear weaponry, Urian II and III are major population centres, Urian IV and V are agricultural worlds that provide food for the people of the Urian system while Urian 6 and 7 are mostly militarised worlds, churning out military equipment and soldiers. Several Orbital platorms and shipyards in the system provide a Defense Grid to protect the whole system from foreign attack and also a point for ships to replenish their supplies. This system must not fall for the capture of the Urian system will result in not only the loss of a bastion against invaders, but also allow the Seperatists access to the uranuim rich mines of Urian I and the weapon stores of Urian 7.

Emperor Target and his handful of chosen have also chose to supervise the defence of the Urian System.
