Des: The Interstellar Republic of Singapore is a major power in the Coalition of Empires (COE) as the main Security Provider and is in charge of the overall defence of the whole Coalition. The IRS is the largest military force of the COE and is famous (and infamous) for using a blend of elite infantry and shock tactics and large numbers of units with straightforward formations in their operations. They are also noted to still use projectile weaponry to instill fear and terror in the hearts of their enemies by their loud noise and very explosive visuals. The people of the IRS and its military are considered to be very zealous, only to be rivalled by the Kroots.

GOVERNMENT: Autocracy, a governing system with a single and absolute leader known as the Autarch. The Autarch has direct authority in all matters and can only be replaced following his/her death or be defeated by a successful coup. However, the Autarch is advised to seek the opinions of the public before carrying out any decisions that can affect the whole nation and also be a tolerant governing figure that takes care of the people and their needs and tus ensuring the prosperity and peacefulness of the whole nation. Basically, Autocracy is a semi-dictatorship semi-democractic form of government and may actually vary on the personality of the Autarch himself. Autarch Ayman has currently formed the People's Council to address the needs and concerns of the civillian population to ease his burden so that he can focus on other matters which are more important. The concept of ministries remain in the nation to ensure a more effective way to take note of matters. (For example, the Ministry of Defence would be generally in charge of the nation's military while the Ministry of Health would be in charge of the health condition of the populace.)

The Singaporean Dollar has been used by the country of Singapore since 1967 and was used by the IRS to standardise their monetary system. Nowdays notes are still used, since it has illustrations that remind every citizen of their country's history and her moments of bloodshed and peace.

Species of the IRS and its Allies:

Humans: Hardworking, determined and patriotic to the end, Humans are numerous and are the major species of the IRS. Humans are well-known to come up with fairly simple but practical and can be mass-produced designs. This is also why the Republic can has a good economy and a rigid military structure as products rarely get out of stock thanks to human genius and weapons are always delivered and this causes no internal disputes over the distribution of funds and supplies since there is enough for every division.

Kroots: The first alien species the IRS found. They look like Elites from Halo only with a normal jaw. They are hardworking and strives for peace and progression and are also highly zealous in their daily lives and in battles. The Kroots have advanced technology and uses mainly plasma weapons but due to their poor eyesight they are more assault oriented and rely on their human friends to provide artillery and long-range support.

Deamons: Their meeting with IRS started with a short interstellar war but as they found our that the IRS are fighting the Nagrons, their long time enemy, they wasted no time to ally with the IRS and form a military organistaion as soon as possible. They come in different forms due to the mutations from all the Interdimensional jumping. Most of them look like Bloodletters from the WH40K. They mainly use swords and spears and arcane weaponry and spells in combat.

Tromans- They are fairly recent but they also are very useful. Their intellgience is the lowest but they make up for their stronger build. Extremely loyal to all orders but if they sense malice they will not comply. They are troll-like humans and are very strong and almost imprevious to damage. Prefers to use simple guns and club-like weapons.

Mantis- Fairly recent. They humanoid-like entities and have four arms and an insect-like exoskeleton. Their command structure is similar to a hive; a queen Mantis is in charge of almost everything. They are common users of energy rifles ever since their registeration into the COE.

Sprites- Ghost-like entities with six eyes and pale blue skin. Like the Deamons, they have mastery over arcane magic and abilities. Their way of moving around is to hover above the ground. However their feeble physique gives them disadvantage in melee combat, but their skills in long-range engagements make up for that.


RELIGIOUS BELIEFS: IRS has alot of religious beliefs such as Islam, Hinduism, Judaism, Christianity and other old and new religions. Any religion can be practised as long as it is not demonic, cult-like, too zealous in its belief until it tries to convert people of other religions forcefully and does not involve human sacrifices. Open preaching with the objective to try to convert other people is illegal and can recieve severe punishment. Religion is a sensitive matter and anyone that insults a person's religion can be punished with sentences from caning and prisonment to death penalty.



CLASS SYSTEM: Meritocractic. Members may enter another class when they meet the criteria.

CITIZENS- Your normal civillians that take up civillian jobs as clerks and manpower in construction projects and such. The backbone of the nation and given much respect.

CONSCRIPTS- Men who are drafted into the military for two years under the National Service Act. They may be pressed into service as soldiers once they complete the 5 month Basic Military Training Course.

SOLDIERS- Men and women who serve in the military as troops. They are the guardians of the IRS and are viewed as heroes.

GOVERNMENT- They are the ones handling the country. They may be low-ranking clerks doing paperwork to officers regulating law and order in the country to high-ranking government officials such as ministers and the Autarch.

MILITARY COMMAND- Made up of high-ranking military officials such as generals and commanders that order around troops under their command. They report to the Government, most importantly the Autarch himself.

AUTRACH- The Autrach is the absolute leader of the Republic and technically has unlimited authority over others. They serve as a leader of both the military and the civilian populace.


SETTLEMENT OF CITIES: The IRS builds most of their cities with their military camps, depots and outposts outside the city. This ensures secure military protection from foreign attacks. The Dome, goverment buildings and business complexes forms the Central District in the middle of a settlement. Houses, police stations, schools, community centres and other civillian structures are placed outside the central.

1. Placement of structures and such are determined.

2. Makeshift camps for workers are built and equipment as well as construction materials are sent via air lift.

3. The Government buildings are constructed first followed by the construction of Etherium Node Towers that supply the city with electricity.

4. Waste treatment plants and sewage centres are built to facilitate waste and unwanted substances.

5. Residences are built along with schools and civilian facilities such as hospitals and town centres.

6. After construction, modules of military bases and instalments are assembled outside the city. Depots are constructed also.

7. After the whole city is finished, it is inspected by engineers and officials.

8. If deemed suitable for living, settlers are then transported to the new city so that they can live there.

Approx completion period: Around 5-8 years depending on what type of city is built.


BUSINESS: The IRS sells surplus weapons but mainly construction materials and equipment as well as computer products and other goods such as clothing. The TDF economy has been a success thanks to their ability to mass-produce almost anything simple enough.

TECHNOLOGY: The IRS now has a good degree of advanced technology in their hands though they still use the trustworthy projectile weaponry in their arsenal.

1. Quantum Networking: Or simply termed as 'Warp Networks', this piece of technology allows space ships of both military and civillian organisations to travel to anywhere of chartered space by opening a portal at its current location and another at the destination. The Hyperspace in between the two portals accelerate the ships to a point where the journey can last for only about a second to ten minutes depending on how far the destination is. Quantum Networking is also used in the network of Hexagon of Galen Spacegates that is present near all IRS systems.

2. Laser technology: Works by amplifying beams of light through a series of special lenses until the beams of light becomes hot enough to physically affect matter. Used in various Laser weaponry such as lasguns and etc.

3. Plasma Technology: You get plasma by ionising gas to a superheated degree. Used in the Plasma Rifles and Plasma Cannons and such. Also used by other factions of the Coalition.

4. Etherium Power: By harnessing the potential of bacteria which photosynthesises to produce electricity, the IRS is never running out of power.

5. Deterium Crystals: Deterium Crystals are crystal like plants that can grow anywhere that has sunlight and enough carbon, hydrogen and other basic elements for it to grow. When harvested, it can be melted down into Bryonium which can be formed into bricks and such. Bryonium is also used to form Bryo Ceramic which are ultilized in making bulletproof armor that the IRS troops use.Bryonium can be mixed with Hypercarbon to form Cryoninium alloys which are used to make advanced armor. Deterium crystals are native to the Kroot Homeworlds and are also used as a source of fuel in plasma reactors.


ENEMIES OF THE IRS: An interstellar republic, no matter how small or how big, will always have enemies.

Empire of Monarch Supremecy: A rival empire that tried to invade a IRS planet system. They were fought back and from the fighting their military power was reduced dramatically. They consist of Kroots with bionic augmentations and modifications and sided with the Orcans during the Civil War. The Monarch are currently siding with the Chasa to rebuild their military.

Dominion of Chasa: Another rival empire that tried to attack and conquer System 34 of TDF. Because of their Gamma Bomb attacks, several civillians were killed by Gamma poisoning. The IRS, with uncomparable hatred, seeked to anniliate Chasa to avenged the deaths of their civillian populaces. The Chasa were pushed back to their home galaxy and before they had time to set up defences, they were heavily bombarded with attacks by IRS attacks and fought for 7 futile years before retreating to another galaxy to rebuild their military strength. The Chasa are currently siding with the monarch to reform quickly.

Terrorists: There are many terrorist factions, usually in worlds with urban cities. Some fight to overthrow the goverment while some fanatics fight to spread their beliefs in a violent way. They are usually well-suppressed by PDF forces since they can't match their skills and equipment well enough. The IRS is always very wary of these terrorist groups. One such example of some still active group is Al-Islammiyyah, a muslim extremist group bent on killing every infidel, and Dante's Followers, a christian extremist group with a similiar doctrine with Al-Islammiyyah.

Nagrons: The Nagrons were the first creations of Nagei, a corrupted and evil Mystican. They are semi-organic robotic lifeforms and are known to be able to regenerate in the presence of electricity-like energy and can be reactivated by Nagion, a type of dark matter that powers the sentient mind of a Nagron. The Nagrons are the most powerful enemy that humanity have ever encountered and they were the only ones that managed to crack through the IRS defences until the Outer Rim where their blitzkrieg were deterred and pushed back. They may have been destroyed now by Sukhai's death but there might be still other Nagrons in the far reaches of space that has been untouched by any sentient beings that are still sleeping, waiting to be awaken.

The Red Serpent/Seperatists: They believe in communism being superior and tries to overthrow the Autocracy. The Seperatists are led by a terrorist-pirate paramilitary faction known as the Red Serpent and while they possess slightly superior technology they apparently do not have the numbers. To solve this, they use fleets of robotic drones to act as cannon fodder while they more precious elite troops go secure positions and flank the IRS forces. They are currently at war with the IRS in order to set up a interstellar communist rule.

MILITARY ROLE: The IRS is the main core of the COE and has the largest amount of forces and military power compared to other races. It is the main defending force of Universe 56 alongside its Kroot allies. It is also tasked with expansion missions into other unexplored parts of space and into other Universes.

ECONOMIC ROLE: The IRS is wealthy in selling construction materials that are mainly made from Byroceramic to other races in the Coalition. Since they have unlimited energy sources, they also sell electricity to other alien races. The IRS is also dominant in the military industry and continuously supplies the Coalition with plasma rifles which ,while inferior to the excellent quality and engineering of the Kroot’s rifles, are cheaper and easy to build. Aside from the military, the IRS is second in the field of scientific research and development, with the Kroots, being smarter, first.
