The Thunderbird was developed after the Thunderhawk design of the 40k universe that the TDF Spectrum Drones brought back. Its function was a gunship at first, tasked with bombarding and conducting sieges fro above, raining down a massive amount of firepower and oblirating enemies. It was replaced by the Domination Gunship series and was placed in service as a primary VTOL transport that can to-and-fro the planet surface and space. However, it still retained its siege equipment, just in case the Dominations are not around.

The Thunderbird can carry a maximum of two infantry platoons, four MBTs or two mechs. Its huge carrying capacity and durable thick armor that can withstand a heavy amount of punishment means that there will be less casualty rates and more troops on the surface. It is has a huge reputation and is in regular service with most divisions.
